Svetlana Prigoditch is a contemporary jewelry and olfactory artist based in Rotterdam, originally born and raised in Belarus.

She graduated in Media Art from ArtEZ University of the Arts in 2005, and later continued her studies in contemporary jewelry at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerp, where jewelry became a central medium in her practice.

Her work moves between material and immaterial states, combining jewelry, scent, and botanical elements into quiet, sensorial objects.

Flowers play a central role in her research.
They are preserved, transformed, and reconfigured — shifting from fragility into substance, from aroma into material presence.

Working across jewelry, perfume, and ritual gesture, she creates objects that hold both presence and disappearance — carrying scent, memory, and time.

Her work has been presented internationally, including exhibitions in Germany, Greece, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, and the United States.

There is no death, only a transition with a silence in between.
